I just Googled "Gears of War guidebook" and a link to my giveaway contest popped up on the second page of results. I can't help but wonder how many people may have seen that and just thought they weren't eligible or that it was a hoaxe. I mean, really, it's a $30 collectible item for the X360's most high-profile game of the year -- a game that's probably already sold 200,000 copies since Tuesday -- and nobody bothered to send an email asking for a copy.
Don't get me wrong, I'm glad that I'm actually friends with the winners, but that definitely seems a little strange to me.
